Cleaning is not free but I don't wanna to fix a cleaning fee upfront. If you clean well enough prior to your departure making cleaning job small enough then I will do it free for you. Not you but I will have the final say if it is cleaned well enough. Many just superficially do it to claim that they did to shrug off responsibility but it is still unacceptably dirty for the next guests.

It's illogical to charge the same cleaning fee to everyone coz clean person (likely white ladies) after short stay differ so much fm the male guys (especially the black guys fm Africa that terrified me) who stay long. In the later case I will charge subject to how much the cleaning contractor charge. It could well be much more then you want to pay. Most underestimate how long it takes to bring a property to good hygien standards.
