What ever Ester wrote wasn’t true and I can prove it .. all my guest are very happy and you can see my reviews , our goal is to have happy clients and we always make sure that everything will be nice and perfect during their staying , with miss Gadayeva it was just impossible.. I think that is just her personality, so I don’t take it personally, she is just very rude and hard to deal with .
Small description of what we had During her staying : Ester is a kind of guest that you can never please , she will complain and also in a rude way which is not very nice . Before she came she complained that she needs a crib, that we are normally renting , but she end up getting it for free , then after she checked in I texted her nicely to ask her if everything is ok ? And that was her answer “ All is good thank you, the only problem is I’m not sure how to control the air conditioning. How much it needs to be? “, so when a client tell me everything is ok after a night he spend in the unit I assume that it is ok .. she never texted me to complain, she never called , she never mentioned nothing about the dirty unit , till the day she wanted to get her unit clean after 3 days , she start sending me those text messages saying how dirty the unit was and all that .. because I told her that cleaning lady’s company charge us 25 dollar for room service. Then she complained about the whether that it is not sunny and things that are not our fault . This is the first client that actually behaving like that , then she stopped with texting and complaining till the day she needed to check out and she want a late check out , I was trying in a nice way to explain to her that there is a check in the same day and I am very sorry . She also mentioned to me something about disputes all charges . So I think that I really try my best to make her happy but it was just impossible .
