Dear future guest,
We are sad to find that Jacques was dissatisfied by some of the facilities in our apartment.
We do however feel that it would be fair to clarify the following:
1) Our Airbnb advertisement does not include bed linen. As a special service to Jacquess she was allowed to borrow our private linen and was told were to find clean ones.
2) Our Airbnb advertisement clearly stated that only one bed was available, but that 7 bedspots was distributed between the double bed, a double air matrass, a sofa, a childrens bed and a baby crypt.
3) Jacquess had trouble finding the key. It was placed, however, exactly where she was told to look and she got expedient help from a family member of ours, whose phone number was provided beforehand.
We acknowledge that it may have caused some distress arriving at the apartment and having trouble with the above. For that we are sorry.
