We apologize again about the AC not working when you arrived. We had a guest check out of the home the same day you arrived and they had no issues with the AC. As soon as you notified us about the AC not working we had a technician at the home to repair the AC within 30 minutes. We also purchased three fans and brought them immediately to help with the heat while the AC was being fixed. We even offered you a full refund if you would prefer to stay in a hotel. You opted to stay at the home and take advantage of the pool. We did everything we could to make you comfortable in a situation that was completely out of our control. Unfortunately with the extremely hot temperatures in Arizona, AC units are under a lot of stress and occasionally go out. It is a very typical problem here, and as I mentioned, out of our control.
