I'm very sorry for your review. First of all it is absolutely not true that you paid 50 euros; you paid 35 euros for the tourist tax that airbnb by law can not request, as it must be paid directly by me to the City of Rome. In the tax receipt I gave you at the time of check out the payment of 35 euros (3.50 euros per person per day) is reported and if, as you say, you had paid 50 euros, you would have certainly contested it.
As for cockroaches, you never told me anything about it, nor did any other guests ever tell me of their presence. Moreover, the building was recently disinfested. Regarding the smell of sewage, you told me that there was bad smell in the main bathroom and not in all the bathrooms and I promptly intervened with deodorants, provided that you confirmed that the problem was resolved after a few hours .
You sent me a message in which you told me: "also wanted to mention the main bathroom has a strong kind of sewer smell from toilet water in case you need to get it looked at when we leave. Not a problem at all, just to let you know :) ".
So I do not understand why you want back € 50 that you have not paid (the € 35 is required by law and everything is clearly stated in the announcement on airbnb) and why I should compensate your stay, since you have not complained about nothing and you did not ask for anything. ... as long as you read all the reviews of the guests, to understand that your request is specious!
