The guest rooms are roomy and equipped each with a
private bath. While the beds are modern, the
furniture is typical of the well-appointed Campidano
region of Sardinia. Working fireplaces in the private
room offer the ideal couple retreat. In a simple, yet
elegant style, the wrought iron bed stands,
enamel-painted chairs and wash basins reflect a
genuine Sardinian country house. The windows open the
horizon from Mount Arci and the ancient Nuraghi
architecture to the sea cliffs of the Oristano Gulf
about 40 km away.
The entrance hall leads into the reading room with a
well-supplied library of regional history and natural
wonders in the area. During the summer months, the
patio becomes the breakfast corner and a place to meet
the other international guests over a glass of Mrytle
or Grappa offered by the hosts.
Collinas is a small village with great charm and
ancient roots located in a valley surrounded by hills.
It is an ideal spot to discover the Nuraghi
civilization which was the first in the Western
Mediterranean dating back to 7th century BC.
