This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath townhome is an inviting, multi-level unit with abundant mountain ambiance, featuring stunning views, updated mountain furnishings, and amenities that will impress any Mammoth vacationer! Sleeps 10!

Amid the warm-wood paneling, enjoy dining with family and friends around the handcrafted hickory dining room set. The fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops has a breakfast bar that seats 4 on hickory hghi-back stools. Or, BBQ with the Weber gas grill located on the upstairs, private, outdoor deck.

Delivering superb views of Mammoth Mountain, the living room features a new river rock wood fireplace, comfortable corner sectional (which has a Queen sofa sleeper), flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. There are plenty of DVDs for guest use. Nearby, a cabinet houses board games and puzzles for everyone's enjoyment. This townhome also includes a new, high-end washer and dryer.

The three bedrooms and granite bathrooms are located on the first floor (entry level). Each bedroom, and also the loft, has a flat screen TV, cable and a Blu-ray player (5 total in the unit). There are 2 Master bedrooms, each beautifully appointed with a Queen bed and ensuite bath. The second Master bedroom has a private deck with superb views of Mammoth Mountain. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, also a marvelous mountain vista. The third, shared bathroom features a granite counter and fabulous granite slab tub enclosure. The loft is furnished with two Twin beds and lighted ceiling fan.

This unit is within steps of Snowcreek's communal hot tub and sauna. The free Red Line shuttle pick-up is a short walk away and will take you directly to the lifts, or anywhere you need to go in town!

No-smoking/NO PETS (the owner has life-threatening allergies to pets)

As you may know, leisure travel with restrictions have been approved as Mammoth Lakes and Mono county move into Stage 3 of the COVID19 Recovery Plan.

The State of California has established new, stringent cleaning standards requiring all kitchen and soft fabric items throughout every property to be either removed or fully cleaned on every check-out, whether they appear to have been used or not. Because most of our properties are family-owned vacation homes, they are typically well stocked with housewares of all kinds. The costs to actually clean every kitchen and soft fabric item in every unit would be prohibitively expensive to everyone (guests and property owners alike). In order to comply with State guidelines, we will be forced to remove and store all but the most essential items.

Because properties have historically been furnished with large, overstuffed comforters and/or down duvets, we are unable to provide blankets or comforters at this time. We have ordered easily launder-able blankets to stock in the units, but these are currently backordered due to an interrupted supply chain. We will provide blankets as soon as they are available.

ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE WITH SHEETS/PILLOWS (in cases) ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS!
