The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 26" LCD TV. The second bedroom has one queen bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and the second bathroom has a large shower. Both bathrooms have heated slate floors.
PARKING & AMENITIES
The private garage can accommodate one vehicle as well as secure ski storage. Guests at The Woods can also enjoy use of the common area hot tub.
The free Village shuttle stop is less than a minute away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts and Village are less than a 15 minute walk away.

Guests have access to the common area hot tub as well as the underground parking (in addition to the private garage).
All guests are required to check in at our front desk, located at Le Chamois Hotel (4557 Blackcomb Way). At that time, we'll be happy to provide additional information about the condo as well as maps and tourist brochures.
The Benchlands are a very popular location with families and those looking for a quiet retreat while still being within an easy walk (12 min) or drive (2 min) of Whistler Village. The Woods offers easy access to Lost Lake Park, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, and the Valley Trail.
The free Village shuttle stops across from the property and offers quick access to both the Village and the ski lifts.
This condo is set over two levels and offers spacious storage for bikes and ski equipment, as well as a private garage suitable for one car.
* All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay in this unit. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents (aged 25 years or more).
* All units are set up for after-hours arrivals. Guests are requested to complete and sign the Lodging Rental agreement as well as provide a signed credit card imprint for a $750CDN damage deposit when they arrive in Whistler.
* Our office is located at the front desk of Le Chamois Hotel in the Upper Village at the Blackcomb base, a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive or bus ride from this property.
* Complete check-in instructions and driving directions will be emailed once the booking has been confirmed.
* Taxes (10% BC PST and 5% GST) are included in the nightly rates.
* A full check-out clean is included in the price. Additional housekeeping services are available at additional cost.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* The security deposit and age policy are not negotiable.
There is a 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between December 23rd and January 1st. Shorter stays may be available within 21 days of arrival.
There is a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between January 17th and 21st AND between February 14th and 20th.
The cottage was super clean and very cozy. The stop for shuttle bus was right outside the place, so it was very convenient to get to the village as well. Plenty of fresh towels and all the kitchen utensils you need are there for cooking, but not enough basic cooking products were provided like cooking oil, salt and peppers, etc so we had to buy/bring in. Overall we had an awesome time there and definitely would recommend this place to our friends!
Bryan and Tanya were fantastic! They responded to all my questions very quickly and fully. They were accommodating and thorough in making sure we had all the details we needed.
The unit itself is great for Whistler. It's in a great location, close to the Upper Village and only a 30 min (summer) walk to the main Village. It's close to hiking trails as well. I might think twice in the winter only because I hate carrying my ski gear around!

Wir (4 Männer im besten Alter) haben diese Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht 100% der Beschreibung. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und voll Ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Super war auch die Nutzung des hot Tube (waren jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren zum relaxen im Whirlpool). Die Haltestelle vom Skibus nach Blackcomb und Whistler ist ca. 200m entfern und in unter 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Busse fuhren in 10 Minuten-Takt und waren nicht überfüllt. Wir hatten zwar einen Mietwagen, den haben wir jedoch nur 2-mal für größere Einkäufe benötigt (die Busse fahren auch abends).
Also, wer es ruhig mag und dennoch unweit des Dorfes, ist die Wohnung echt zu empfehlen. Wir würden das Appartement wieder buchen.

We (4 men in the prime of life) have enjoyed this time very much. The apartment is equivalent to 100% of the specification. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We did not miss anything. Super was the use of the hot tube (were every day after skiing to relax in the hot tub). The stop of the ski bus to Blackcomb and Whistler is about 200m eliminator and can be reached in under 5 minutes. The buses were at 10 minute intervals and were not crowded. Although we had a rental car, but we have only 2 times required for larger purchases (buses travel in the evening).
So, if you like it quiet and yet close to the village, the apartment is really recommendable. We would book the apartment again.
We stayed for a week and loved this place! Very cosy condo to relax after skiing. The kitchen was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable and quiet area to sleep. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The bus to the lifts were awesome and fast!
This is one of the best condo's we have stayed at in Whistler. Great location if you have kids or want to get out on the bikes around the lake. Excellent condition and layout. Having your own garage is a bonus to. Will definitely to staying here again.
Above expectations from photos with great space, full laundry and kitchen facilities. A little further out of central Whistler though but relaxed and quiet stay.
