Jennifer. Let me first apologize for you dissatisfaction during your stay. When you reached out to me regarding a light was out ( not sure if you notice or not but light bulbs don’t give notification when they are about to go out), I immediately offered to drop another one off to you. You declined and stated that it was fine and you would contact me if you needed me to.
Secondly, you’re mentioned of holes using the plural term, however there is only ONE small hole at the top of the stairs that was caused moving furniture at that turn to go into the bedrooms.
Thirdly, the entire home was painted two years ago, so I’m uncertain what you mean by dirty walls.
Again, I was not aware to any of this when we spoke several times, as a matter of fact you thanked me for the drinks I left for the adults and kids. So to me it seemed you enjoyed yourself and you left early due to being at Six Flags all day.
