This condo is THE perfect location! It is steps from the Snowflake Lift and a few easy minutes walk to town. Enjoy the full kitchen, cozy living space, and private deck (with a grill) for comfort and fun any time of the year!
Charming, centrally located Condo nestled in the mountains of Breckenridge. Everything you need is within walking distance: it is just steps from the Snowflake lift and 1½ blocks from the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street (the free shuttle also runs up Four O'Clock Road if you would prefer to ride). You can take the short walk (or an even shorter drive) to the Upper Village Pool, where there are beautiful hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, and locker/ changing rooms!
The kitchen is fully remodeled and the gas fireplace will keep you warm and comfy. You can keep your car and equipment in the heated garage and grill out for Apres on the private deck with your own gas grill! The private (free) washer and dryer are great for keeping your clothes fresh and dry after a long day on the hill. Cozy up on either the couch or chaise lounge (which can also be used for sleeping if 3-4 people want to share the condo) to watch TV or a DVD on the modern flat screen.
This condo has it all: FANTASTIC location, amenities, and price!
Dedicated parking space in heated garage, private deck with grill, Upper Village pool and hot tubs
I am always a phone call away!
Cozy studio 2 blocks from a ski lift! Truly a great retreat. The loft it truly that (low ceiling), but the bed was comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Not a bad location from town either, it took us about 10 minutes to get to restaurants, bars, etc. Also really convenient for the free bus line which stops just down the street. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple or two friends (who didn't mind sharing a bed).
We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge! The condo was awesome and couldn't have been more conveniently located. We were able to walk to the lift from the condo and almost ski in. Our car was too large for the garage, but there were spaces in the lot not far from the door. The only challenge was the low ceiling upstairs in the loft- the bed was big and really comfortable, but the space is a little tight if you are tall. Overall, a great experience and we'd go back in a heartbeat!
Amanda, Was a great host.
The place looked as it does on the website. The location is great! This is a cosy place ideal for 2 people.
The Town Studio was exactly as pictured. I stayed for six nights over New Years and had a fantastic ski trip during which I proposed to my girlfriend and got engaged at the top of the mountain! There was plenty of snow (150+ inches) around this time of year. Although we did not rent a car this trip, the rental includes heated garage parking where we stored our ski equipment each night. The unit is walking distance to the town of Breckenridge's main street with restaurants, and a short walk to the Snowflake Lift as well as to the Charter Sports - Blue Sky Breckenridge ski rental. The unit has a kitchen stocked with appliances and we cooked several meals. We would visit again, thanks!
We have stayed at Amanda's condo many times over the last couple of years. The condo is in such a great location for all that Breckenridge has to offer. A short walk, (276 steps) and you are at the bottom of Snowflake lift in the morning ready for a day of skiing or hiking in the hills. A stroll in the other direction takes you to the middle of Breckenridge Main Street. The condo is warm and well equipped with the added bonus of having its own washer and dryer. Amanda is a fantastic host and on the odd occasion that we have had to contact her she provides a friendly and prompt service to rectify any concerns. This is our first pick when staying in Breckenridge and has provided us with many happy memories. Thanks Amanda for sharing your condo with us. Chris Porteous - New Zealand.
I was born and raised in Ohio and studied marketing at Ohio State. I then moved to Breckenridge, Colorado for a year of excitement after school and adored it so much that I stayed for 7 years. Although I love all of the skiing, climbing, and all-around fun Breck has to offer, my career brought me to to Brooklyn, NY, which is where I am now.
I sure love Brooklyn, but I couldn't bear to part with my condo in Colorado. I hope that you find it as cozy as I do and I'd love for you to tell me how I can help make your stay in Breckenridge fantastic!
