Our stone build apartment house is located in in an idyllic village of Padna in Slovenian Istria, above olive groves in the middle of the Savrini Hills from where one can enjoy the beautiful view of Blue Istria and the Adriatic Sea to the south-west and the view of the hilly Green Istria to the south-east. The house is suitable for 5 person. If you are seeking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation then our spacious, comfortable and fully furnished house is a good choice.

Always present on arrival and departure of our guests. We provide all the information about the area etc. at arrival or during their stay. Guests can contact us freely for any questions or information they need.

Tourist tax is an additional charge;
1,01 €/person/day; 0,50 €/person/day (children 7-18 years)
We offer bike rental: 3,00 €/bike/day
- It is not allowed to keep pets in apartments, with the exception of previous written agreement with the lessor.
-It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments (you can only smoke in the terrace and extinguish cigarette ends in ashtray).
-The tenant uses all the appliances in the apartment according to instructions for safe use and takes care of it as a good landlord.
- If the tenant causes deliberate damage or damage is caused from his/her negligence, he/she is obliged to indemnify for a loss.
- If any damage occurs on water or electrical system or on any other appliances, the tenant is obliged to immediately inform the lessor.
- Before leaving the apartment, guests must wash the dishes, take out the rubbish and clean the grill (if they were using it).
-The use of bicycles is at one's own risk. The tenant or the bicycle user accepts liability for any damages on or disposal of the bicycles
-The tenant will be charged with the costs of repair in case of any damage or with proportional share in case of disposal, but not less than 100 EURO.
