Your self contained holiday annex is composed of three rooms, which open out to your own garden and patio. The three rooms are: a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a wetroom. Your living space also has a bed settee comfortable for one or two small children.
The Snug is your bedroom with a fold out bed, that is comfortable as both bed and sofa, in a bright room, (when curtains open :) ), 40" TV and a variety of stations mainly via Amazon Fire stick, but other options can be arranged.
Opposite your bedroom door is your own personal bathroom, by way of a cosy wet room, with toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
Immediately outside your bedroom is a short corridor leading to your living area. This is a stone walled room with a glass lantern in the roof, making it light all year round, with double doors opening out to your own private patio and garden swing, and a garden table and chairs, with breathtaking views both across and up the Bybrook Valley.
Normally the living area is our music and reading room, but for your stay is your part of your own personal space, with a resident piano, most likely the odd guitar and one or two "rescue guitars" awaiting restoration.Of course feel free to have a play, if so inclined.
In the corner is the cheeky "kitchen-in- a-cupboard (KIAC), which offers a two electric ring cooker, a fridge, a microwave and storage where you will find a toaster and kettle, and a small breakfast table and two chairs.
The KIAC isn't quite for knocking up 5 course gourmet meals for two or three, but somewhere were you can heat some food abd keep your perishables and fresh food. There is a very nice deli like village cooperative shop3-5mins walk away.
We're sure you'll be taking advantage of one of Bath's many superb eateries, but you will be able to comfortably put together a decent hot breakfast and tea and coffee to wash it down, and even with some imagination an evening meal or lunch should you have tired yourself out in the local miles of woodland walks in this gorgeous landscape. You are about a 5 minute walk from the well known Brown's Folly, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, a honeycomb of centuries old limestone mines, and homes to two species of endangered bat. A five minute walk takes you to the bus stop to Bath city centre.

Both myself and my wife work and travel full time, but we should be around a few hours everyday, in the evening, and of course we may be away for periods.
Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
As someone who travels twice a year to Ireland to write, this accommodation would suit an artist, writer, composer, poet, photographer etc., as you have your own space, that is a bit quirky, and almost total autonomy, except for when we clean your area once a week, change the bedlinen and towels.
