Crybaby Ranch is located on 8 acres of meadow and redwoods, less than a mile from Occidental. Enjoy sightseeing and wine tasting in West Sonoma County and come home to a beautiful sanctuary - a private 550 sq. ft. coach house. Newly remodeled, the studio is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings, skylights and views out of every window. Rolling pastures and beautiful glades surround our custom coach house offering numerous sweet and peaceful spots to relax.
Our coach house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Wake up to a delicious latte using Nespresso coffee/espresso maker. Read and sip wine in our redwood glade. Hang out amidst lush greenery at our outdoor dining table and throw some local sausage on the grill. Catch up on your favorite shows on our smart TV with Roku, Netflix and Amazon Prime. For a great night's sleep, we have a new, super comfy queen memory foam bed. We also have a couch that converts to a queen sleeper for extra guests.
Feeling farm-y? Mosey out to the pasture where we have a collection of rescue livestock – 4 sheep who came to us as bottle fed orphan lambs and a mini horse. They are all sweet and friendly and would be happy to meet you. Our property also has multiple fruit trees and a garden - we will happily share with you whatever bounty is in season.

Our main house is next to the coach house. We are often out and about on our property so you may see us. We access the garage underneath the studio but we do not use it to park cars.

I live in Occidental CA in the Russian River Valley on 8 acres with my husband, 2 sons, mini horse and 4 sheep. We moved to Sonoma County in 2003 and love our life here - country living, rural yet comfortable, wonderful community and great cheese and coffee just down the road. We call our place Crybaby Ranch because soon after we moved here, we began rescuing orphaned lambs. Because our sheep are bottle fed, they are very friendly and flock to people.
We enjoy the outdoors - the beach, the redwoods and the great wine that our area offers. I have been using Air BnB as a guest for 6 years and I am excited to start hosting, to share our lovely Crybaby Ranch.
