Wake up to the sun rising over the Cascades and enjoy a hot cup of coffee from Camano Island Coffee Roaters. Look north and take in the incredible view of Mt. Baker. Look south and see Mt. Rainier rising over the southern tip of Camano.

- With Neighbors Close on Both Sides, Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. This is not a home for a loud gatherings
• Not use any boats unless approved by leaser.
• Not smoke on the premises, both inside and outside.
• Give immediate notice to leaser in case of fire or defect in any fixtures or equipment of the premises.
• Permit leaser's agent to enter and view and make repairs.
• Keep all furniture, furnishings, and appliances on the premises whole and in good condition and pay for any damage to such items. Leaser's agent shall be entitled to deduct from the security deposit the amount of such costs. In the event that such costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, leasee shall pay such additional costs within fifteen days after receipt of notification thereof.
• At the expiration of this tenancy, turn over the premises to leaser or leaser's agent peaceably and quietly, clean and in good repair in all respects.
• Not assign this agreement or permit other persons to occupy the premises or make any alterations thereto without the written consent of the leaser or the leaser's agent.
• Not make any unlawful, improper, noisy or offensive use to the premises.
• Pay leaser's expenses including reasonable attorney's fees incurred in enforcing any obligation or agreement of this tenancy not complied with.
• Jurisdiction of King County Superior Court, State of Washington, in any action to enforce any obligation or agreement of this tenancy.
• Indemnification and Hold Harmless – Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and Agent for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental property including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).
* Vacate the premises by 12:00 PM on the check-out day. There will be a $150.00 charge for late checkout unless pre-authorized in writing by the leaser or leaser's agent.
VERY IMPORTANT: DAYTIME AND NIGHTTIME GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE APPROVED RESERVATION. NO ADDITIONAL DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
