Built in 1751 this lovely house is steeped in history and set in one of the most picturesque of the Bath villages. It is warm and cosy in the winter and bathed in sunlight for most of the year. With a great pub and an excellent village community shop and cafe just a short walk away this is a great base for exploring Bath and the surrounding countryside. There is unrestricted parking in front of the house and a regular bus service so you can leave the car behind.
The house is comfortably furnished and well equipped and we use it ourselves as a great home from home. It is centrally heated in addition to the log burner.
The stairs are quite steep as is often the case in these ancient houses and there are odd steps between rooms too.
