The property is situated across three floors with the open-plan living area/kitchen, separate W.C. and utility room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a further bedroom and shower room on the top floor. Both bathrooms have showers, one has a bath. The living area is modern and tastefully appointed, and also home a large-screen TV with access to Sky and a Bluray Player. There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 8-10, with direct access out to the garden where it is also lovely to eat, drink and socialise, weather allowing! The kitchen is well appointed with a large modern fridge freezer, range cooker, toaster, kettle and microwave. A utility room on the ground floor also houses a washing machine and sink. Laundry can be hung to dry on a washing line in the garden. A launderette is located within a 1 minute walk from the house should emergency washing or drying facilities be required! All areas described are accessible and none will be shared. Certain areas of the property (not included in the description) will be secured and not accessible. This includes a totally separate apartment located within the property. This apartment is secured from the main house and has it's own front door. A single interconnecting door between the two residences will be secured (on both sides).

We (the owners) will not be present during the course of your stay, but are available for contact via email if necessary. The family member located in the adjoining apartment can also be spoken with to resolve any issues that cannot otherwise be resolved via email to us, or where an emergency situation arises. Further details will be provided to guests upon arrival.
- Please do not make noise outside after 10pm as we live in a residential area.
- We would prefer no muddy shoes on the carpets please.
