This is a small, bright efficiency apartment on the second floor. I'm a student, so you'll have the company of great works of literature, as well as a small writing desk, usb printer, and adequate wifi. The bed is a futon, but the mattress has internal springs so it is more cushioned. LGBTQ and POC positive. The neighbors are quiet, and the location is right on the edge of downtown Ypsi. Downsides? Street parking is limited and the bathrooms all yours but it's across the hall from the apartment.
This space is ideal for someone who needs a peaceful environment in which to work or rest. There is no television or sound system, just the basic necessities. Wifi, bed, food. The road outside is moderately busy, but I just imagine the car noise as the sound of ocean waves :)
Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
This apartment is not wheelchair accessible and has no dedicated parking space.
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am
I study English literature at the University of Michigan with an interest in critical theory and prison abolition. I have been a vegetarian (cheese and eggs okay) for several years, but other people eating meat doesn't bother me. I am pretty shy around new people, but I try to be easy going.
