I am a retired attorney who lives in the Boston, Massachusetts area. My wife Cynthia, a pediatrician, and I work hard to make sure that our guests have a wonderful, hassle free time at our Kiawah house, and enjoy the house, Kiawah, and Charleston as much as we do. I love nature, the outdoors, playing sports (I'm down to golf (which I love only sometimes), biking, swimming and competitive bridge). I occassionly get called out of retirement to make a neducational webiner or in person presentation. I have been coming to Kiawah since 1962, when my parents bought a house on the Island from Mr. Royal. It was a jungle island then, with a rickety wood bridge, dirt roads, 12 houses on Eugenia Avenue by the beach (many are still there), and incredible nature. Kiawah and the Charleston area are unique. There is never a dull day.I
