Thank you for this. Kindly can I know what the guests were made to pay as extras? Coz what I pointed out to pay for were fair payment for the driver services that were offered by Ruben, which I don’t even offer but when guests ask I want to help them out as a host. If there are extras that were paid for, kindly can the guest let me know? About the damages, I’m very sure & certain what the Guest says were actually intact & I can prove that. This could have happened due to the fact that my actual guest left way back before his other family and we couldn’t rectify everything in the most appropriate way. And I kindly request my guest to be courteous enough to repair/replace what was damaged ie toilet seat broken by the guests putting an air freshener, & this hasn’t been repaired as the guest claims, ;the dimmer light in the master bedroom was also damaged. About the cleaning fee, it’s not right that I charged my guests 150$ that’s extra ordinary, if my guests were charged this, kindly I need to know. it’s very unfortunate I charged little money for cleaning on Airbnb & I was catering for short stays, but I’m sure I’ll rectify this.
