The foyer is described in the photos of the listing as the lobby of the property. In no way have we advertised that it is part of the apartment itself.
I apologize that you were not happy with the loft upstairs. Most guests do find it practical.
You notified our office on the day of your arrival that you missed your flight and would have to catch a later flight which landed around 9 p.m. Normally, we charge a late check-in fee after a certain time to cover the cost of compensating our employees for overtime. In this case, we did not charge you any additional fees. Unfortunately, because you arrived so late, our housekeeper, Veronica, was not available to check you in. So we had to send another employee to the location.
Lastly, we ask our guests to refer to BNE Group since Airbnb is sometimes frowned upon. This is explained in the listing description before you even book your stay.
We apologize that your stay wasn’t as great as most of our other guests who have stayed with us. Hopefully we will be given the oppurtunity to earn your business another time and make it right.
