This modern, two-storey waterfront villa was designed for families who like holidaying by the water. Situated on a 60 Perches property shaded by coconut and acacia trees, the house overlooks Bolgoda Lake. The villa is 40 minutes south of Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka, which in turn is about 40 minutes’ drive south of the island’s only international airport. Although the villa is set in quiet suburban surroundings, the famous Mt Lavinia beach and resort area are just 20 minutes away.

This is a truly gorgeous house in an idyllic spot - overlooking a beautiful lake. About 20 minutes taxi/tuktuk to Mount Lavinia and 40 mins (non-peak time) to Colombo. Very beautifully designed house , lovely pool, excellent on-site staff. One of my most wonderful Airbnb experiences - and I've had many! Highly recommended.
