This rustic farm house in Appalachia is extremely secluded and surrounded by thickly wooded mountains with trails, pasture, ponds, and is situated next to a rock bottom creek. There's no better spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Pasture and/or barn space may be rented for an additional fee. Hunting, fishing (one pond stocked,) and ATVs are also allowed. The Dawkins Line Rail Trail is close by as well.
This is a unique and secluded property. There are no neighbors nearby, but locals do ride ATVs through occasionally.
There is no public transportation in Salyersville. You are extremely close to the Dawkins Line Rail Trail, and 15-30 minutes from Paintsville and Prestonsburg.
