Dear James, i don’t accept your bad review (it’s the first in my superhost experience of three years) because you didn’t write what really happened! You booked the apartment around 18:00 pm, few minutes before showing up at home as weel as if you are booking in a 5star hotel with 24hour reception. Because of you had a particular request (check-in in 10 minutes) why don’t you wrote me a message before booking?? The apartment was already ready, clean and tidy but usually I am not in the apartment waiting for a new booking coming!!! On Airbnb there is just written that I’m available for the the check-in from 12:00 am to 20:00 pm so it’s not written that you can do the check-in in 10 minutes after booking. My guests, with whom I organized the check-in time, never waited for me on the check-in time, NEVER!!! I told you to wait for me less than one hour and I advised you to spend this time in the bar downstairs the apartment… all drinks offered by me!!! You didn’t accept! It’s false that i told you to wait 3 hours!! I also offered to you to move your future check-out from 10 am to 18 pm with my apologies!!! You didn’t accept! Finally, as you requested - not so kindly- i cancelled (for the first time in my superhost experience) your reservation.
