Bright, sunny, comfortable apartment in gorgeous forest is completely separate from our living space, and has its own entrance, yet we are on the premises should you want or need anything. Centrally located between Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, & Wiscasset, just moments from Route 1, on 13 acres, abutting hundreds of acres of preserve land, it provides the best of both worlds - being truly in the peaceful woods, but less than 15 minutes drive from multitudes of restaurants, shops & activities.
Our newly renovated apartment has a full kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, four burner stove and oven, as well as refrigerator. Full bathroom with tub. Queen size bed in bedroom and small single pull out couch in living room. Full compliment of channels on Direct TV, as well as on demand. Our home is situated on 13 private acres, and abuts hundreds of acres forever protected as the Schmid Preserve. The preserve offers walking and hiking trails, as well as cross country skiing, and you can reach it all from right outside the door of your apartment. As the apartment is on the second floor, you do have to be able to do stairs, however, the reward is views of the forest out every window. We welcome your four legged friends to join you here, in this woods retreat. We make sure organic coffee, and all you need for a cup is always on hand, as well as ice, and bottled water. Don't forget to ask us about breakfast either! For an additional charge, we will stock the refrigerator will everything you need to prepare yourself an amazing local foods breakfast. If you prefer to go out, Boothbay, Damariscotta and Wiscasset are all less than a 15 minute drive. Please note that while we are dog friendly, we cannot welcome cats, as we have allergies. Thank you for understanding.

We are always available to interact as much or as little as you desire. If you have questions, we are always here. Jeremy is a lobsterman and construction foreman in Boothbay, and Hope works in the commercial loan industry from home. Jeremy was born and raised near Bangor, and we have lived here on the peninsula for over 15 years, value our place in our community, and would love to share our knowledge and connections with our guests - from where to eat, to where to hike, to where the good local music is on a given weekend, we usually know!
Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
