My place is close to the beach, golf course, local shops and hotels in the village, but it offers easy access to the East Neuk and St Andrews. You’ll love my place because its modern, recently decorated and well looked after. My place is good for couples or families (with kids).
This is a modern (1990s) ground floor flat in a block of 6. It is very accessible (only one step at rear door) though not specifically suitable for disabled use. The rooms have been recently decorated and it is in a very good condition. The kitchen has all the normal appliances, except a dishwasher, and there is a dining table in the living room that can be extended to to seat 4 people.

The whole flat is available to rent on a self-catering basis. The shared landscaped garden has space for sitting out and a drying area. A rear parking area (one car per flat) is available. Ample on-street parking is available if more than one parking space is required. There is a front (street) door and a rear car park door which are accessible with the same key and an intercom operates the front door.

I live locally so I can be contacted if there is any difficulty during your stay. I would also like to meet you on arrival but I know that it can often be hard to set a specific time. When you book we can agree what arrangement best suits your travel plans.
