This charming barn is located on the Devon and Cornwall border, only 3 miles from Kilkhampton and Bradworthy which both offer pubs, shops, post offices and takeaways. The barn has been restored in an environmentally friendly way, with sustainable timber, provision for bats and owls, and boasts a renewable energy heating system.
There is plenty to see and do in the area with Tamar lakes reservoir within walking distance offering water sports, a 3-mile off road cycle path, fishing and tea shop for a traditional cream tea! Farm tours can be arranged and visitors can collect eggs from the owners ducks and chickens!
The small sandy coves of Sandymouth and Duckpool are a 15 minute drive away, and larger beaches are available at Bude less than 20 minutes away. The RHS Gardens Rosemoor and picturesque village of Clovelly are an ideal day adventure.

A bright and airy open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has high ceilings and a modern but cosy feel. The dining table seats 4 people.
A spacious contemporary open plan kitchen contains all yoursquo;ll need for a relaxing self-catering stay. Kitchen appliances include an electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and many useful extras including a good supply of pots, pans and cutlery (including childrenrsquo;s). A high chair is kindly provided.
Bedroom 1: Lovely modern double bedroom with luxurious underfloor heating and storage space.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom that can be zip-linked to make a super king double bed upon request. This room also has underfloor heating and storage space.
A travel cot is provided.
Family bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure. Bath towels are included.
Enjoy a large sunny fenced garden with a south facing aspect, and pretty flower beds and borders. The garden is enclosed so is perfect for letting your dog run around. Bird feeders attract numerous species of bird, providing relaxing background noise.
There is a picnic bench outside the double doors seating up to 6, and sunloungers and a wood BBQ are stored in a small shed. Across the driveway is a large lawned area with a swingset to keep the kids entertained. There is also access to a large locked storage area for your bicycles and surfboards etc. There is off-street parking for 2+ cars.
