Kimberly, I’m so sorry to hear that you didn’t love your stay! The photos are current and were taken after the remodel in April of this year. I hate that you felt as though the outside was in such poor condition. We had a guest stay the week prior to your reservation and they were able to happily use the outdoor spaces. I’ll be sure to send someone by to double check that things are up to our standards. We didn’t hear about any issues during your stay, which is a shame! We would have been more than happy to do whatever it took to make your stay perfect. I do remember that your group had issues with the lock, but it wasn’t due to a functionality issue. The lock works fine, but you must understand how to operate it. It took a while to get back to you because we were trying to send someone out to help and were making several calls. We could tell that trying to communicate over the phone wasn’t working. We updated you as soon as we could! We asked over and over if there was anything that we can do and you happily stated that everything was fine. Please know that these issues are not typical, as you can see from our reviews. Should you ever come back to town, we would love to host you again with a special discount!
