You’ll love my place, it's 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and O2. My place is good for couples and business travellers. It has a large balcony. It's a great place to enjoy the city from. The furnishings may change due to a refurb.

In repsose to Martin's comment above the flat does have a microwave (which is built into the oven) under a seperate setting. My communication was always very prmpt and good with Martin. To address the above point's please read the feedback I have left Martin below: Hosting Marting was a terrible experience and I would not recommend his as a potential guest. Martin had difficulties locating the key from the concierge despite a very detailed e-mail explaining the location. Marting sent me a message saying, 'Send me the Phone number of the fuc*ing concierge. They might be help me...' Martin would send agrssive messages rather than seek a resolution to the issue in the first instance for example, 'No soap in the bathroom????? Whats the WiFi password' when there were 2 bars of soap in the bathroom and the wifi password was clearly labeled on the back of the hub. Martin continued with, I am a lawyer and wil consult this case with one of my British colleagues'. I found this threatening and particularly agressive. I always responded to Martin in a prompt manner and gave him ample opportunity to ask questions and aimed to always be as helpful as possible. I found this particularly stressful to deal with as I was out of the country at the time and suprisingly Martin asked for 50% of the fee back having been in the flat for a very short period of time. Martin went on to send messsages such as 'I am out of the flat now but I looked in the oven and found nothing. Congratulations' because he was unable to find the cutlery when a full set of every conceivable item was present in a drawer in the flat. The window was in the ajar position while I had requested a contractor to take a look at this and I endeavoured to seal it using a seperate mechanism. The window is a security window 2 floors up so there was nil security risk. The flat was left in a terrible state after Martin left. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy, there was defecant in the toilet and stains on the matress, the bed had not been made and there were stains on the sofa. I am dissapointed at how Martin conducted himself throughout his short tenancy. Martin was my third guest using Airbnb and my previous two guests left very good comments such as 'the flat is beautiful' and 'you have a very nice place here'. It was particularly dissapointing as this is my new home which I have spent a lot of money on and had to incur further expense to restore the apartment to it's original state.
