The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ring induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Sleeps 4 comfortably in two double bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen to aid a good nights rest.
An additional single mattress in one of the bedrooms is available on request.
This would suit a child up to around 16 years old.
Views across to East hill and the sea, the beach with all its amenities 3 mins walk, free parking and large public car parks 5/10 mins walk or meter parking adjacent to the building which is free between the hours of 6pm through to 9am.

Main line Trains to London/ Brighton are a 15 minute walk.
With the Historic towns of Battle and Rye only a short journey away and an abundance of castles, sandy beaches, steam trains and nature reserves there is plenty to explore in the area.
