Double Spring Treehouse features a bedroom, covered spacious porch and large deck around an old birch tree that is suspended 20 feet off the ground allowing one to view the trickling water and wildlife that are naturally drawn to it. Access is easy, with a short front step entrance and the bedroom features a queen size bed that can be rolled through double barn doors and out under the stars for late night viewing. The treehouse is eco friendly with a solar panel for lights and charging phones.
This beautiful and fun treehouse is located on 82 acres that is part of the Wildcat Campground. It was built with rough planed wood from a local saw mill. The house is in a secluded portion of the campground where you will experience privacy and quite possibly view wild animals coming and going, during your stay. We provide a propane powered stove and a camp K-cup coffee machine so that you can get your cup of joe before leaving for the day. The treehouse also has a camp toilet (no running water) with disposable bags, but if you prefer the real thing a flushing comode is in the bath house, which is less than a tenth of a mile away. There are three rooms in the treehouse, each connected by two deck walkways. The living rooms is covered and serves as a great place to hang out and read no matter the weather conditions. The open deck is suspended about 25 feet off the ground and a great place to have a fire in the metal pit or to sit and watch wildlife. The bedroom is just off the deck and features a queen bed that can be rolled out under the stars, if you so choose.

We have provided the portable toilet with liners in an effort to keep you from having to drive to the bath house in the middle of the night. Please feel free to use them whenever, but do not leave the bags in for others to tend to. Tie them up and place them in the trash can.
Smoking is allowed away from the treehouse; not in it.
There is a $25 fee for each pet.
I am the mother of four and we try to live as minimalist a life as we can in our gap of the mountains. We like the fresh air and the green rolling land. Our animals and guests are our passion and we like introducing others to this beautiful part of Georgia. I am a native of Miami, but only get to renew my soul with visits to the clear water of that area from time to time. My hobbies include photography, gardening, hiking, jogging and cycling.
