The Adirondack Artist Apartment is a sunny three bedroom apartment that has just been renovated in the heart of Lake Placid Village. The apartment features a fire pit, stainless steel appliances, living room, full bath with a tub, and beautiful views of Whiteface all within walking distance to everything. Local hotspot Lisa G's and the Liquids and Solids restaurants are a stones throw away. Your hosts are local business owners who would be happy to give you recommendations to enhance your stay!
The space in the apartment has unique charm. This three bedroom apartment was renovated in the spring of 2016 by 2 artists. There are new stainless appliances with a newly added dishwasher, new paint with a fun color palette, new cabinets, new countertops, a fun riverock backsplash feature, new furniture, and new flooring throughout to make your stay enjoyable.

During your stay you will have exclusive access to the apartment which is on the second level of Lake Placid Village home. You will have a separate entrance from the downstairs apartment with keypad entry lock and outdoor access to a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal barbecue grill. You will also have two off-street parking spaces.

While both of your hosts do you have day jobs, they are local and readily available by phone, text, and email to answer any and all questions or to help with recommendations about what to do, where to eat, and hidden area gems!

This apartment is child friendly and comes with a, pack 'n' play, and infant walker for your use. If you find you need any other kid items please let us know, we have three children of our own and should be able to help you find what you need to make your stay comfortable.
During your stay at the Adirondack Artists Apartment we hope that you will be respectful that this is a village location and that there is a tenant who lives in the downstairs apartment by keeping noise levels down and using only the backyard of the property where the fire pit and grill are located as the front yard is for use by the downstairs tenant. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is six people and pets are not allowed at this time. Guests are expected to leave the property as they found it, to leave dishes washed and to remove trash to the trash receptacles located downstairs before their departure. When leaving please also unplug the coffee pot. Thank you!
