**This home has been fully modernized and updated. However, please note this home is an older home as are the homes in this beautiful neighborhood. Due to this fact, the walls are thinner than usual. Please keep noise level to a regular level at all times. If you're sensitive with possible noise, this home may not be for you. We have great neighbors and generally this is not an issue but we did want to fully disclose for your consideration.
**There is a separate Airbnb unit in the basement level. Please keep in mind that noise does travel in these older homes. Kindly keep noise to a respectful level.
*Please remove all foods (opened) and items that you placed from refrigerator and unit at check out.
*No unauthorized guests.
