Beautiful living space in our detached garage, 100 ft. from our main house. We have 3 large furry dogs, so we love other animal lovers! We are 4 miles north of the village of Mendocino, set within a mixed Redwood forest, pasture and seasonal stream.
We need to pay a 11% tax to Mendocino County, so I can either add this to your reservation in a 'Special Offer', or you can pay when you come.(check or cash)
Our home/land is an oasis, surrounded by Nature. I am a Watsu and Shamanic Practitioner. Simply, we adore this place:)
We are bordered on the north by Jughandle Reserve, and the east by Jackson State Forest.(approx. 15,000 acres!) Yes, we love it here:)
We have 3 large friendly dogs, so renters must be comfortable with their sometimes coming over to say hello!
There is a King size Tempurpedic bed in the room.
A propane "wood stove" is your source of heat, along with an electric wall heater in the bathroom.
Within the bathroom there is a beautiful slate steam shower, and the room also houses a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and electric hot water kettle.
$65. cleaning fee.
$250. Returnable security deposit.

Your privacy is very important to us, so we'll be very sensitive to our comings and goings.
We will move our cars to a different location, so you can use the open garage.
PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 8 PM for check in !
Pet fee/$25/per dog. Please tell us a little about your dog.
Dogs generally must be kept on leash outside, unless they get along well with my dogs, have good recall, and don't run off!
They must never be left alone unless they are crated inside and with prior approval from me.

My husband and I are both involved in the Healing Arts, and have a great love for animals and the natural world. We feel so fortunate to live on this land, living amongst the Redwoods and the sounds of the Ocean.(when the seas are high!)
I am a Watsu (warm water therapy) and Shamanic Practitioner, giving sessions here on our property.
I love being able to share our land and living spaces with you.
