Check-out duties: Confirm the Check-out List together with the Owner. In case of any discrepancies, the amount of the determined damage will be deduced from the deposit and/or charged to the Guest.
The Guests are requested to respect their neighbors. No loud music and noises from 22:00 to 08:00. No private parties.
We ask You to use slippers inside the Apartment; they are at Your disposal in the Apartment.
This is a non-smoking Apartment; fell free to smoke at the terrace or the parking in front of the Apartment (ashtrays provided).
Keep the Apartment clean and in order during your stay.
Apartment shouldn't be shared with unregistered clients; over nights visits are not allowed.
For longer stays, cleaning and changing of beddings and towels once a week are for free. If You need cleaning during Your stay, just ask for the Owner; cleaning charge is €10.
Respect the environment and use resources sustainably (water; electricity).
The Owner is entitled to enter the Apartment any time in case of checking the occupancy of unregistered guests, indications of improper use of the Apartment or of any breach of this House Rules.
The Owner will welcome the Guests, show around the Apartment and get them acquainted with the Check-in / Check-out List (List of Inventory and Manuals). Our Guest's manual provides instructions for all household appliances.
