Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
*The cabin is located in the mountains. Various wildlife, such as mallards, kingfisher, beavers, deer, raccoons, and black bears, reside in this region. Keep food/beverages sealed and stored in the refrigerator and not left around the house and property to discourage wild animals from the property.
*The cabin has a 40-gallon hot water heater. Although it's new, guests will need to stagger showers for adequate hot water.
*The internet is fast. If it begins to slow down, turn off extra electronic devices to maintain speed.
*Guests access the cabin via gravel-lined paths and stairways so rolling suitcases need to be carried. There are steps to access each level of the cabin.
*When driving through the neighborhood to the cabin, don't be alarmed by the " no trespassing" signs. The neighborhood posted them to prevent outsiders from fishing and swimming in the lake. They are not directed at our paying guests.
*There are 2 air conditioning units--one in the loft area and one in the master bedroom. When operating at the appropriate setting with bedroom doors open, it can cool the entire cabin except in extreme summer heat. Additional fans help cool rooms.
*Treat the home and its contents with respect, as if it were your own home. Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
*Fishing is allowed in the neighborhood lake. Boating and swimming are not.
*Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed.
*Minimize noise from 9 pm to 8 am.
Note: Cleaning fee includes taxes.
