This is a college style apartment with 4 bedrooms with a common living room/cooking area vestibule and one bathroom. It is cozy, inspires sharing and community. This room is adjacent to two other bedrooms.
The building itself is 100 years old and could use some touchups. Once you are in the apartment, its pretty cute in my opinion :D The location is ideal for anyone looking to get a 'feel' of Providence.
Bedrooms have hardwood floors and common spaces have linoleum tiles.

If I am staying in the apartment, it is more than likely we will talk life philosophies over coffee or dinner in the little shared living room.
I also try to gain measure of your needs so I can stay out of the way if that's preferable and by all means, you can tell me if you need space :)

Andre ting, der er værd at bemærke
- Living room light switch is located next to the fridge.
- This is an old house and the tiles have scratches on them that are markings of age not grim.
- Apartment is thoroughly cleaned twice a week and rooms are laundered/cleaned after every guest. No professional service is hired.
Clean up after self in common areas (dishes, bathroom, living room etc)
Smoking only in the balcony.
Must be okay with sharing common spaces with other guests, if any.
Hi, I am Rakshya and I am usually smiling :)
I grew up in Nepal and consider my backpacking experiences most formative of my life. Airbnb can be quite reminiscent of my backpacking days in Nepal where I just knocked on a lone house on the mountainside to spend the night before I could continue hiking at dawn again.
I host to keep myself from getting too serious or comfortable. It might sound strange but comfort & routine often means life becomes a background rather than an adventure. I am grateful to all my guests for making my life so exciting!
I travel (and host) because I love how shared economy is breaking the barriers of travel, culture and experiences. I am incredibly fortunate to have come of age when Airbnb was redefining affordability of travel.
I wouldn't want to live without books, coffee, compassion and single serving friends. I am intrigued by minimalism and my apartment reflects that in some senses.
