I am so sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I was not aware of the loudness of the TV, I wish you would have said something, we would have been more than happy to accommodate you in any way. I am not sure what happened in the bathroom, I clean it after every guest leaves. I noticed that you had two of the remotes out, the Xfinity remote gets you access to all of the channels. Anyone who has stayed with us has asked for wifi password, I have never left it open in the room because I do not want to give it to everyone.
