Completed in 2023, the apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-storey building and is fully equipped for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Boligen
Conveniently located in the village center, “Compass” is just 50 meters from the main square and the port. The front side of the apartment faces Aigaiou Pelagous street, while the opposite side overlooks the house’s garden.
Originally an old warehouse, our family transformed it into a home over 80 years ago. In 2010, the house was fully rebuilt, and in 2023, we added another floor, breathing new life into this beloved space. “Compass” holds a special significance for our family, symbolizing the guiding force on life’s journey.
While the owner resides on the ground floor, the rest of our family enjoys the house during visits to our family’s village. Now, we’re happy to open its doors to guests, allowing others to experience the beauty of our village and create their own cherished memories.

As you enter through the private door and via a stair with handrail and anti-slip protection, you will immediately feel the warmth of the space.
The flat features two bedrooms, one facing the street, and the other one overlooking the house’s garden. A unified space combines a cozy sitting room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small work desk. There are two balconies facing the garden, while a smaller balcony overlooks the street in front of the house. The flat is air-conditioned with wall-mounted units in each bedroom and the living-dining room.
To ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with essential electrical appliances, the kitchen is stocked with necessary equipment for your culinary endeavours and the bathroom is equipped with all necessary facilities. We aim to make your stay hassle-free, and therefore the apartment is delivered tidy and cleaned, ready for your use.

Within a short 50-100 meter walk, you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the taxi rank. Explore the nearby museum, visit the village church, and discover intriguing archaeological sites, all within easy walking distance.
When it’s time for some seaside relaxation, the nearest beach awaits next to the port, just 200 meters from the apartment. Here, you’ll also find cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re seeking a larger, organized beach with water sports, umbrellas, a bar, and a restaurant, it is located just 500 meters away.
The village offers a public parking lot, which is located 200-300 meters from the house. Opposite of the house, there is a private (not free) parking lot and we can provide you with contact information to arrange parking (if there is a parking space available).

A locked door inside the apartment does not allow access to the empty attic above the apartment.

--Check-In/Check-Out--
Check-In time after 3:00 pm and Check-Out by 12:00 pm. Check-In/ Check-Out procedure is not contactless. The owner who resides on the ground floor will welcome you and provide you with the apartment’s keys and useful information.

For stays longer than four nights, cleaning and bed linen change services can be arranged upon agreement.
You’ll find a complete set of instructions for using the apartment’s appliances, as well as safety guidelines and a telephone directory of emergency services for your convenience.
If you are traveling with small children, please note that the venue may not be completely safe or suitable for children or infants. Special care is required when using the entrance ladder by small children.The entrance to the apartment, after going up the stairs, is secured by a door and we can install protective meshes on the balcony railings upon consultation. Please contact us in advance if you need any extra functional or safety equipment.
Please note that we do not allow companion animals, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
