Mr Raja is not fair in his review. He claim one person is using the room at one time although there are 3 user. So I empathize with him and allow him to book as one pax. It seem there is a mis -communication among them . The sister and brother took the keys n access card on checkin date n went to hospital for check up. Few days later
Raja’s turn to check in and he stay for some days and later want a refund for balance days because the two siblings actually has booked another place . I told him he should know the terms and conditions. Their mis-communication got nothing to do with me. The refund can only be done with ample notice before check in. He was agnore and send me Sms to .suggest I should list with
(Website hidden by Airbnb) Instead. I keep quiet but on checkout date he claim he has left keys n access card in room . I told him there is no keys and access card . I told him the access card cost $50 from management and the keys cost money too. Later he Sms to say he find the keys. I told him to return them. Even If my actions are not to his liking he should not be unfair to give me a unfair review to take revenge. My place is clean, quiet, convenient and spacious. I have been very polite and patient with him. I think I deserve better review and not negative review to be delist as penalty.
