Our apartment is located in the luxury resort of Costa Ballena between the historic town of Chipiona and Rota. The apartment is fully furnished with space to sleep up to 4 people and ideal for families. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 double bed, 2 small beds of 90 cm, private terrace and private parking. Internet service is available throughout the apartment WIFI speed of 10 MB. - VERY IMPORTANT: The property is in a RESIDENTIAL district so please do NOT disturb the neighbours by talking too loudly, playing loud music and television, or using high heels, etc.
- THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Please use the Air Con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on. An abusive and disproportionate use could lead to penalty and partial collection of bond.
- Responsible usage of INTERNET data is required due to litigation surrounding illegal downloads, etc.
- PEACE OF MIND: Only toilet paper can be thrown down the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, cigarette, butts, etc. That may cause obstruction and an issue during your stay.
- Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are SAND FREE when entering the bed.
- Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.
- On Bank holidays the time of check-in will have to be agree in advance.
- Out of hour check-in could cause extra charge fees.
- At check out the tenant will leave all electric appliance and lighting switch off, likewise all windows must stay closed.
- Forbidden party celebration
- IMPORTANT: The tenant will leave the apartment and its content at check-out in the same condition in which he received in the check-in (clear the rubbish, leave the floor free of sands, dishes away and not food on the fridge, etc)
- If the tenant have any questions regarding the use of any electrical appliance, must contact the owner to prevent any damage to the same for misuse.
- Set of keys and parking keys will be provided. Loosing them will involve extra charge of 50 Euros per set.
- Landlord is not responsible for losses inside the apartment of personal, jewellery or money from tenant.
- All people age 16 o more who stay at our tourist accommodation must be identified by a legal official document, regardless they may be national or foreigners. The information from their official document will be sent to the police.
- The breach of any of the above rules by the tenant, will lead to automatic termination of the seasonal/long term housing rent and obligation to leave immediately the apartment, losing money already paid (including bond) in full, as compensation damages.
- The tenant will sign a check list to ensure that the house is clean, fresh bed linen/towels and electrodomestic in good working order.
*** This property is governed by the leasing season. This is a rental property, that means NO TOURISTIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED such as daily cleaning, reception or breakfast.
