Location location location, This apartment is convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville attractions. Dollywood is less than a mile away. The apartment is finished with a full bed & a queen sleeper sofa, vintage/antique furniture, and has a quaint country feel. It's also got a great view and private parking.

Also rafting, zip lining, etc. Contact Smoky Mountain Tour Connection to inquire about their tickets and other offerings. NOTE THESE ITEMS MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL INTO TOWN. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! The website is traveltn then dot then com. The phone number for show and attraction tickets is 1 then 800 then 782 then 1061. Sorry for the multiple use of "then" but that's the only way I could get the app to not block the website or phone number .

I love my home and look forward to sharing this quaint apartment with guests. I had offered it as a monthly rental for years but after discovering AirBNB as a customer I decided to try offering the space to visitors to our area. So I furnished it with retro, vintage and antique furnishings, local artwork, & Egyptian cotton towels and high thread count linens to make it comfy and warm feeling. Hopefully many visitors to the area will enjoy "Whistlepig Ridge's Country Cottage" . Please feel free to ask all questions you have about my property! The unit has Comcast X1 digital cable and high speed wireless Internet. Guests are required to pay in cash the actual cost for any movies that they rent through the cable box during their stay.

Violators in your party will result in you being charged a $100.00 smoke/pet cleaning fee and your entire party will be removed from the property without any refund. Smoking on the patio area is fine. Please use the supplied ash pot for cigarette butts. Certain exceptions may be allowed for a pet if arranged BEFORE BOOKING. Registered service animals are always welcome.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.
In the unlikely event of a power outage there are emergency candles and matches in the kitchen cabinet next to the stove.
There is a dehumidifier installed in the apartment. It runs automatically. It is really quiet but if the sound bothers you feel free to turn it off.
The door is protected by an electronic lock. You will be given the code upon check in. PLEASE always close the doors and windows when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any of your belongings.
Parking is under the metal carport on the LEFT side. The right side is reserved for our tenant in unit two.
We have placed a patio furniture set by the door for your use. A grill is available for your use also!
I love the Smoky Mountains area and enjoy sharing my two apartments with visitors.
