Thanks to the strategic position of our B&B, in a few walking minutes through the Prati neighbourhood, you will find yourselves in the amazing St.Peter’s Square, close to the Vatican Walls and Vatican Museums. In few minutes you will also reach Castel Sant’Angelo, Lungo Tevere,Trastevere, Campo de’ Fiori, and all the main attractions of the old city center. For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. "The Nest" Restart Style Studio Apt at Colosseum

This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure. The 20m2 apartment can accomodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator 8 steps). The living room has been decorated with great care in a predominantly white colour that, together with the beautiful high ceilings and parquet flooring, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room features a sofa-bed, an LCD satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals. A practical staircase located behind the wardrobe provides access to the loft space (ceiling 1.70mts high) where you will find a double futon. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias.

Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

La camera 2 ha una superficie di 20 mq con bagno privato di 4 mq. Ha un letto a due piazze (160x200 cm), una consolle con specchio e poltroncina, una panca, un piccolo tavolino rotondo, armadio a vista e TV. Il bagno è ben attrezzato, il rivestimento della doccia e delle pareti è in resina per maggior igiene.
