Pickleball + Bike Trails! Kid’s play loft & 75” TV

We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system. The Metfield Park complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball courts, basketball court, 9-hole golf course (fee), pump track, and bike skills course is within easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the MTB trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs Park where you can get trailside coffee. We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

Bentonville Backyard Oasis

Stay awhile at the conveniently located Bentonville Backyard Oasis! The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minutes drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. This stand alone house has a private tennis court, pool, and hot tub. This Airbnb offers convenient check in and the hosts are longtime Bentonville residents so they are always available for local recommendations.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Stone Castle King Suite

Relax in our magnificent residence called, "Stone Castle." You will have 2,000 sq. ft. of living space all to yourself. There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within our residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Rustic digs on acreage Near Mt Hebron Park, Rogers

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Eagles Nest on Whitney Mountain

All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.

Beautiful, secluded log home 10 miles from NWA, 30 miles from Eureka Springs, and 5 miles from Beaver Lake. Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. Hot tub open year round, pool open May 1- Oct 1 (not heated). Gas fireplace available Oct-March.
