Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. This listing is for a 2nd or 3rd floor listing in our Harbor Crest building, featuring a king bed, jacuzzi tub for two/shower combination, and gas or wood burning fireplace. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

Room 8 at The Sailmaker's House

This expansive first-floor king suite offers an exceptional stay with a private deck overlooking the perennial gardens and the Governor John Langdon Historical House. The suite includes a separate living area for dining and relaxing, as well as a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests for an added fee. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and upscale bath amenities. Enjoy luxury linens, individual climate control, a mini fridge, and streaming-enabled cable TV.

Oceanfront studio with one queen bed and a queen sleep sofa OR one queen bed and a queen size Murphy bed located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.

Chapman Cottage Deck Rooms

This listing is for one of (3) rooms with private decks located at Chapman Cottage, one half mile from our Main Inn. These rooms are located on the third floor (walk-up, no elevator), and feature walk-in showers with private decks that offer garden views. The Tavern on the first floor offers fireside dining, intimate bar, and outside deck and fire table patio dining in the warm months. Chapman's rooms do not offer ocean views. Beach is a half mile within walking distance.

Lamie's Inn & The Old Salt Tavern : 1 Queen Bed

Cozy Colonial Style Inn & Restaurant. 1 Q bed - (May have a canopy or may not) Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bath, small fridge & microwave, complementary WIFI, and includes continental breakfast. Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. Guests are asked to provide a credit card at check in for a refundable $50 deposit.

Harbor Cliffs Inn - Premier Ocean View King

This listing is for (3) separate guestrooms located in our Harbor Cliffs building. One room is located on the 3rd floor, while the other two are located on the 2nd floor. Each spacious room offers a king bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, and sweeping views of the ocean across the street. The Harbor Cliffs offers a common living room and porch with furniture, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, ice, and glassware.
