Located on Badger's Island, this condo has breathtaking views of the classic New England town of Portsmouth. From the bedroom, guests can enjoy views of the Piscataqua River and Portsmouth waterfront. A perfect location for a quick walk to Portsmouth and Kittery downtowns. Plenty of close by trails for walking or mountain biking. A quick drive to the beaches in Maine and New Hampshire. One free parking spot which is helpful in this area. My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
