Villa Carla (7+3 posti letto) è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con il letto a castello, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia, cucina e soggiorno con divano letto singolo ed un divano con penisola (letto 150 x 180), un giardino molto ampio ed esclusivo, ombreggiato da una pineta secolare, attrezzato con tavolo, ombrellone e sedie per mangiare fuori. Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.

Bellissima mansarda openspace con terrazza sul tetto con vista sulla baia mozzafiato, luminosissima e completamente nuova, oggetto veramente particolare nel suo genere. La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Una splendida vista mare mozzafiato sulla cala e sulle isole del Giglio e di Giannutri, vi accoglierà al vostro arrivo in una terrazza attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, divano con poltroncine e sdraio da esterno per passare i vostri momenti conviviali e di relax. La sera, sulla terrazza sotto le stelle, è un momento unico per godersi il mare ed il cielo splendido dell'Argentario. Ideale per una coppia con uno o massimo due bambini.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

La casa con i suoi soffitti altissimi e dalla metratura generosa è composta da: -soggiorno molto grande open space con cucina -spaziosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e singolo -bagno moderno -ampio porticato con tavolo esterno -grandissimo giardino privato interamente recintato con piscina privata Situata a pochi minuti da Castiglione della Pescaia e dal mare.

È una piccola casa con 2 camere, una sala, un angolo cottura e un bagno. Da delle scale esterne potrete raggiungere il solarium, arredato con tavolo, sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.
