Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu, boutique cottage.

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Relaxing rural retreat on the town boundary

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

The Waihopai Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Waihopai Suite is attached to our house but very private. Situated at the private setting of Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, spacious wardrobe and kitchenette facilities. Feel free to explore the surrounding grounds and gardens while you are here

"The Granny Flat"

We have always called our wee cabin "The Granny Flat", even though it has never been used as one. Heated with a night-store heater that keeps it cozy and warm in winter. Just a minute's walk to the beach that often has Hector's dolphins right inshore. Situated on a double section which has the owner's residence next door. Enter through the shared gate to access your stand alone, one bedroom flat with everything you need. Then relax and enjoy the birdsong. Friendly dogs welcome.

Riviera Shack

Great little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. You maybe able to bring your dog - please check with me first. Dogs need to be kept on a lead around our yard at all times (because of our animals). And they also need to be able to stay off the furniture. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

THE WHIMSICAL STUDIO ALL Welcome

The Whimsical Studio is a light, spacious and private wee haven. Fully self-contained with a larger bathroom, awesome shower and a well equipped kitchen. Surrounded by nature with a covered deck and cute courtyard to enjoy the beautiful outlook across the paddocks towards Taramea Bay & beyond. We have an array of birdlife to observe and a resident Kereru. By night stargazing is easy with the wide open sky while listening to the creek, the sea, frogs & morepork.

Plum Tree Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this cosy 100 year old completely restored fisherman’s cottage. Situated in a peaceful semi rural area but within minutes of Riverton town centre. Stunning ever changing lagoon views with great sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen. Gas barbecue. Heat pump and double glazed windows. Gas hot water system ensures plenty of hot water. Within walking distance of Aparima Restaurant & Bar. While pet friendly the garden is not fenced off.

Robbie's Beachside Studios (A)

Robbie's Accommodation consists of two absolute beachfront studio units located only 65m from the high tide mark, boasting fresh modern décor, a kitchenette with tea and coffee, fridge and toaster, (NO COOKING), but great cafes and restaurants nearby. Each room is separate and has its own ensuite bathroom. You can surf right to your door step on one of NZ's longest waves, or watch the boats come in and relax enjoying the stunning sea views of Taramea Bay.

Towack Beach House studio unit

This near-new Scandinavian space was built with the view in mind and is perfect for couples to enjoy everything Riverton has to offer. It is a beautiful, cozy, well-appointed unit with room to spread out. This unit is ideal for couples or larger groups when booked in conjunction with Towack Street Beach House, located next door.
