From your terrace you can directly access to the pool and the sundeck with your own designated area and complimentary sun loungers.

The apartment has been under some renvations in 2026. regarding the kitchen, TV stand and some decorations and it has a small round dining table indoors now so there is a mix of old and new pictures. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.
