"La Botteguccia" è situata nel centro storico di Rieti, in posizione tranquilla e a due passi dalla piazza centrale, il teatro Flavio Vespasiano e la stazione dei treni e degli autobus, in una zona ben fornita di ristoranti tipici e locali notturni in cui bere qualcosa. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è molto luminoso e si trova al secondo piano di un edificio storico.
