Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek. One bathroom, with stand up shower, with washer/dryer, and yes, my water heater all are cozied up in there together.
